Overview
Eun Young Ahn, originally from Seoul, Korea, trained at the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C., earning a 6-year Vaganova diploma. She began her career with Universal Ballet Company as a soloist and later joined Staatsballett Berlin as a demi-soloist. In 2007, she joined American Ballet Theatre, where she danced until retiring in 2013. Her repertoire includes roles in La Bayadere, Swan Lake, and Giselle. Eun Young is certified in the ABT National Training Curriculum and currently serves as the Student Division Principal at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School.
